The desire to reconnect with the culinary roots of my culture that is passionate about food and love for hospitality, I decided to leave my long time career in Finance to start a new adventure.
Influenced by Middle Eastern, European and American food, I focus on using fresh, high quality & seasonal ingredient to make a healthy, delicious & succulent Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist.
